About the Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial engineer who will work closely with us to build the company.

• You have the ability to independently discern what makes a great product and what it takes to to build scalable architecture in the quickest way possible
• You're driven by creating exceptional product experiences, putting yourself in the user's shoes to deeply understand their challenges
• You are truly full-stack, ready to dive in wherever needed most. Whether it's developing client-facing GUIs, implementing backend logic, or managing and optimising our cloud infrastructure, you excel in all roles
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at tackling new challenges. You're energised by the prospect of engaging with customers in the morning and swiftly delivering features to address their needs by the afternoon. Adapting to changing priorities and embracing risk are natural for you
• You have the ability to seamlessly switch between technologies, supporting our ambition to deliver rapidly while making scalable design decisions. Our tech stack is optimised for extremely fast development and compile times without compromising scalability. We work with well-chosen and unique technologies across the fields of software engineering, data science, ML and AI. Some of them are Golang, htmx and late interaction-based semantic comparison
